What this does: spends the seven percent of every mine that has queued here to buy EKG directly off the open market and burn it permanently. Real buy pressure on PulseX, real supply reduction, funded by miners, executed by anyone.

The contract can only ever send this to the treasury address baked in at deployment. It never expires and keeps accruing until collected.

Why it is holder positive: every buyback is a buy nobody had to make. It puts upward pressure on the price while permanently shrinking the supply, and neither effect can ever be reversed — burned EKG cannot be reminted, because minting is bounded by the cap.

Safety cap: each buyback is limited to fifteen percent price impact — 7.2486% of the pool’s PLS depth — so no single buy can spike the chart. Larger queues split across multiple calls, sixty seconds apart, and each buy deepens the pool, so the next one can be bigger. The queue waits until it holds at least 50,000 PLS — an immutable constant of the contract — and the caller pays the gas and receives nothing.
